Exploring Florence was fantastic, as I was just a short walk away from major attractions like the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella and the Gallerie Degli Uffizi. The proximity to shops and cafes made grabbing snacks easy. I really appreciated the clean rooms and the fresh air. the air conditioning worked well when set up properly. the room could have benefitted from a few more power outlets and better noise isolation which could make the experience even more enjoyable.

Convenient location close to local amenities.
The room was surprisingly small, making it difficult to open my suitcase comfortably. The air conditioning did not function correctly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm during my stay. there were issues with the bathroom fixtures, including a broken toilet cover that could have been better maintained.

I had such high hopes for this place, but the air conditioning barely worked, and I was sweating like crazy! The room was so cramped that opening my suitcase felt like a circus act. Honestly, I can't believe I didn't get a free upgrade for all my troubles. I just couldn't give a good review after that. Please fix your standards, Borgo.

Charming stay in a local neighborhood
The staff’s warmth truly made an impression, welcoming us with smiles and even accommodating a late check-in. Room was comfortable and clean. We loved the vibrant pub just across the street.
Finding the hotel was a bit tricky due to inconsistent street numbering, which could be confusing—Google Maps sent us to the wrong place initially.

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed a lovely room equipped with premium bedding and air conditioning. The room was clean, but the bed felt like a rock.

missingWrote a review on 13 Augconvenient locationtea bagsrestrictive room
The location makes it incredibly convenient to explore nearby landmarks at your own pace. I appreciated the presence of tea bags and cups in the room. a small touch that could've been better with a kettle.
The room size was restrictive, barely allowing enough space to open a suitcase without performing acrobatics. Air conditioning issues left the room warm, and there were odd smells lingering around. The bathroom fixtures needed more attention, with loose toilet fittings and old towels adding to the discomfort during the stay. While it’s somewhat central, finding the entrance can be tricky due to inconsistent street numbering.
