Exploring Florence was fantastic, as I was just a short walk away from major attractions like the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella and the Gallerie Degli Uffizi. The proximity to shops and cafes made grabbing snacks easy. I really appreciated the clean rooms and the fresh air. the air conditioning worked well when set up properly. the room could have benefitted from a few more power outlets and better noise isolation which could make the experience even more enjoyable.

The air conditioning did not function correctly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm during my stay. there were issues with the bathroom fixtures, including a broken toilet cover that could have been better maintained.
